Quality is a characteristic that all Friberg Associates Inc. design projects must have. Friberg Associates Inc. believes that quality consists of three (3) components:
- Quality Requirements (QR)
- Quality Control (QC)
- Quality Assurance (QA)
These three components make up the quality procedure Friberg Associates Inc. uses and how we apply them to all of our projects. Friberg Associates Inc. has developed a QC program manual that is used for all our projects. This manual defines the quality procedures using the three quality components. The manual includes a list of the QR that are expected to be used for the design of Friberg Associates Inc. projects, it describes the QC methods that we use to ensure our QR are met and the manual outlines QA actions taken to guarantee a quality end product is achieved.
Friberg Associates Inc. has always listened to the Owner. Friberg Associates Inc. wants our design to be clearly understood and acceptable to the Owner.
Friberg Associates Inc. has always done everything we possibly can to produce a design and create a set of documents that will meet the Owner’s program, time schedule or expected costs. Construction costs are up-dated during the project design process. The Owner will be informed through the design process what we estimate the construction cost to be for the project, as we go.
